They specialize in designing, installing, and maintaining state-of-the-art fireproofing measures that safeguard buildings and their occupants. They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Passive Fire Protection Contract Manager to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a Passive Fire Protection Contract Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that clients' buildings are equipped with reliable, compliant, and effective fire protection systems. You will manage the lifecycle of contracts, oversee project execution, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional results that meet both client expectations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of passive fire protection contracts, from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their fire safety needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of fire protection systems.
- Monitor contract performance, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations and contract specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of materials and equipment.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on contract status, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Support in the negotiation of contract terms, amendments, and scope changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in contract management, ideally within the passive fire protection industry.
- Strong knowledge of passive fire protection systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
