Job Description
Site Agent / Site Engineer required to for industrial groundworks project in the Burscough area. The Site Agent will be overseeing RC foundation / footings / slabs, excavation and groundworks. The Site Agent will come from a Groundworks background with proven experience setting out for relevant schemes ie RC frame, groundworks, deep drainage and also have SMSTS CSCS First Aid and be able to manage the project. The Site Agent / Site Engineer will be overseeing all engineering elements of the project, dealing with design and technical aspects of the project, managing earthworks element of the project, managing engineers and foreman, ensure delivery of project on time and budget, develop relationships with clients, consultants and site personnel, ensure health and safety is enforced and all works are completed safely and also will be overseeing all engineering elements of the project, dealing with design and technical aspects of the project and all setting out duties.
