Job Description
Contracts Manager required for leading fit out / refurbishment contractor covering projects nationwide. The Contracts Manager will ideally come from a fit out / refurbishment background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from the completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. Contracts Manager with previous experience with in hospitality, retail, commercial, fast track fit out sector would be a major advantage. The Contracts Manager duties will be but not limited to managing multiple projects, client facing, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety and necessary paperwork. The Contracts Manager will be covering projects nationwide.
