Job Description
An excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an extremely well organised, professional and established construction company where you will have the opportunity to work on high end projects across various sectors based in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Duties
Overseeing a team of Surveyors, reporting to the Commercial Manager, planning and subcontract procurement, bill of quantities, take offs, valuations, variations, site appraisals, scheduling, cashing payments, cost reviews, CVRs and final accounts.
The ideal candidate should ideally come from a main contracting background, with experience working on projects up to the value of £15M. You should have a CSCS card and be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar.
