Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reactive Maintenance / Service Manager to join forces with a leading specialist in property construction, refurbishment, and maintenance business, operating across the south of England.

Responsibilities focus around assessing, distributing and scheduling trades within a busy environment, typically covering 150 jobs per week. Advising the design team on the co-ordination of services within the overall building design. Making sure jobs meet building regulations and health and safety requirements. Attending meetings and presenting ideas and progress reports to managers and clients.
Salary circa £47,000
