Job Description
Excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join a well organised, professional construction company in a close-knit and friendly environment, where you will have the opportunity to work on high end projects across various sectors, mainly residential. Site Manager Duties:
- Responsible for multiple contracts simultaneously of varying values - typically from £100k-£1m
- Project locations across the South of England
- Ensure that all work is kept on programme and that all details as specified in the drawings and instructions are adhered to
- Monitor and drive quality, safety and environmental systems and promote a safety culture in full support of our 'excellent delivery' values and ethos.
- Manage the site and ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme.
- Coach and motivate the site teams and lead by example.
Site Manager Criteria:
- The ideal candidate will have good experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years' experience in Site Management.
- Good knowledge and experience in the construction industry on various projects.
- Experienced high end residential background is required.
- Preferably First Aid Trained
- Good commercial acumen
- Essential training - SMSTS/CSCS Site Manager
