Job Description
An award-winning, high-end construction company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support the delivery of luxury residential and bespoke commercial projects. With a strong reputation for craftsmanship, innovation and meticulous attention to detail, this is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate and growing team.
You’ll oversee multiple high-value contracts, working with clients who expect excellence and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

Manage and oversee construction contracts from pre-construction through to project completion

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and quality standards

Work closely with project managers, commercial teams and external stakeholders

Negotiate contract terms and manage variations and change processes
-
Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
-
Support strong and professional client relationships throughout the build lifecycle

Contribute to the successful delivery of high-end residential and commercial projects
Requirements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Strong understanding of contract management principles and best practices
-
Experience working within construction, ideally high-end residential or bespoke builds
-
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
-
Analytical thinking with confidence managing risks and contractual issues
-
Background in construction management, project management or similar discipline (preferred)
