Job Description
Site Manager required for refurbishment projects Starting in Battersea and London areas. The Site Manager will be overseeing fast track fit out projects values £50k - £500k. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. Site Manager will ideally have worked fast paced refurbishment projects. The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
